Size Recommendation: If you are between sizes or unsure about the right fit, we recommend ordering a size larger.
2. Faulty Items: We strive for perfection, but in the rare instance that you receive a product with a defect or fault:

If it is determined that the item was faulty before being worn/used, we will dispatch a replacement for the item at no additional charge to you.
Note: We will not be providing refunds, only replacements in the case of confirmed faulty items.
